Who is Sinclair?

Sinclair is TrueFinds' free AI shopping agent. US shoppers tell Sinclair what they need in their own words, and Sinclair recommends products from stores it can trust, with a fair price.

How do you know an order came from TrueFinds?

Shoppers reach your store through a TrueFinds link. The app matches the order to that visit within 30 days of the click and lists it on your Sales page, so you can check every credited order.

What does it cost?

Installing is free. You pay a flat fee only on orders we send, from $3.25 to $11.20 by order size, with your first 3 orders free and a $500 cap every 30 days. Paid plans with more insights are optional.

Is there a contract?

No. Billing runs through your Shopify account, and you can uninstall at any time.

I already run an affiliate program. Do I need this?

It works alongside what you have. If your store has no affiliate program, this is the simple way to work with us. If you already work with us through an affiliate network, we'll tell you which fits best.

What store data can the app see?

It reads your orders and products to match credited orders and run the AI Readiness check. We use it only to run the app for your store. Details are in our privacy policy.

Will it change my store?

Only if you choose. Sinclair's fixes are suggestions you copy into your products. Link capture is a switch you turn on in your theme.

When can I install it?
