Made in P.R.C Do I need to remove the filter prior to descaling equipment? Yes, remove filter prior to descaling and inspect for integrity if needed replace with a new filter. This is especially true if you have scale or lime water. If you go on vacation and do not use your filtered water for several days, flush the systems again to remove any stagnant water. If I do not change my filter every 3 months, can this damage the system? Yes, you must replace the filter every 3 months or sooner if water flow is reduced or if there is heavy sediment/rust present.
