What does "founding rate" mean?
The first 500 Essential members pay $8.97 a month, locked while their membership stays active. Later members pay the higher public rate.
How do I cancel?
Open your account and choose Manage billing, change plan or cancel. No call, no reason needed. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime from your account. An upgrade starts right away and you pay only the difference for this month. A downgrade starts at your next billing date.
When do the arriving features start?
My household and Sinclair's notes arrive in late October. Sage label checks start by Nov 10. Vault arrives December to January. Each one appears in your account when it's ready.
Do stores pay for better verdicts?
No. No store, sponsor or plan can change a verdict. When we show a paid placement, it's labeled Sponsored, and its verdict is the same one everyone sees.
